A Bangalore software company, 9 years in
Crawlink Networks Private Limited was established in July 2017. Since then we have built mobile apps, games, enterprise systems, web applications and AI products — for startups finding their first customers and for established businesses replacing systems that no longer fit.
What we actually do
Most companies do not have a software problem. They have a process that used to work at a smaller size, held together now by spreadsheets, message groups and one person who remembers how it all fits.
Our work is to turn that into something that runs on its own — connected, so the same number does not get typed into three systems, and reliable enough that nobody has to check it manually.
Our motto is to provide fully connected systems to our clients, so that they can focus on their business.
We are a small team, which shapes how we work. You talk to the people writing the code. Decisions happen in a conversation rather than a change-request queue. And we take on work we can genuinely do well, rather than everything that comes past.
How we work
Say the inconvenient thing early
If a deadline is unrealistic or a feature is not worth building, you hear it while it is still cheap to change — not in a status report three weeks later.
Ship something real, quickly
Working software in front of you early beats a polished specification. Plans survive contact with reality badly; working software does not.
Leave it maintainable
Code, documentation and deployment pipeline you could hand to another team. We would rather earn the next project than be difficult to replace.
Own the whole thing
Design, build, host and support. When something breaks at 9pm there is no argument about whose responsibility it is.
